Cabernet – Merlot – Sangiovese is a classic composition used in many of the so-called "Super Tuscan" wines. This assemblage combine the power and the structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the sweet juicy flavors of the Merlot and the rustic cherry-berry notes of the Sangiovese.
 
Savoury and spicy with subtle earthy notes complement the sweet cherry and plum fruit. Lovely balance.
A wine with an extremely long aging potential.
 
The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of Montarsiccio. First vintage 1987.
